Hank Monaco is Vice President, Commercial Marketing for ADT Security Services, the world’s leading provider of electronic security services. He oversees of staff of more than 10 professionals responsible for delivering business solutions to vertical markets such as banking/financial, commercial industrial/enterprise, education, government (federal/state and local), petrochemical and transportation/logistics. These markets have combined annual revenue in excess of $2 billion.
Prior to joining ADT, Monaco led marketing for the security division of Ameritech. While there he helped the company grow from a regional provider to the number two market share position in North America.
Before entering the electronic security industry, Monaco held brand management and product development roles in the consumer packaged goods industry. At M&M Mars (now Masterfoods) he was responsible for growing and managing a $200 million portfolio of frozen snack brands including DoveBar and Snickers Ice Cream.
Monaco earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame. He resides in Delray Beach, Florida with his wife and three sons and has been actively involved in youth sports and community volunteer work.
